The expansive pool area met my expectations. It offered comfortable lounging.
During check-out, i discovered a false charge on my final bill. It was for a meal at vivo restaurant. I never dined there. further investigation revealed the charge was transferred to my room without my authorization.

excellent amenities
infinity pool friendly service spacious room shuttle service
the hotel has a very nice infinity pool. i found the bar service near the pool area quick and friendly. the room was spacious and had good air conditioning, it was kept very clean. i was happy there was complimentary shuttle service to the beach and nearby areas.
i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures, though they were functional.

the king loft room includes a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the hotel, it also includes a minibar stocked with beverages, as well as complimentary toiletries, providing convenience and comfort, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Breakfast had a large selection of indian and continental options, i found the service to be very attentive. Staff ensured tables were cleared quickly, the restaurant also offers outdoor seating with a view of the pool.

fake restaurant bill training lack
the staff were excellent and did not deny any requests.
During checkout, i found a fake restaurant bill added to my final bill. It was for a restaurant i never visited and the manager's name was on it. this situation showed a clear lack of training.
